The DNC marked a clear and vivid future for Americans. My eyes welled with tears as Obama carried on with his speech. Barack Obama is the symbol of possibility. African Americans should look at Barack as someone who defied the odds despite his situation. Lets not look at BO as someone who is a fictional character. He is real and genuine. His position, status, and level of education is attainable through hard work and perseverance. I'm almost certain he studied hard, picked up a book and thoroughly read it. We've got to educate our kids and turn off the t.v. Let them know that anything is possible. Once again....Turn off the t.v., games, and turn on your mind!
